What You’ll Also Need #
The permit application itself typically requires:
- A site plan showing the shed location on your lot with distances to property lines
- Completed development permit application form from your municipality
- Payment of the applicable permit fee
Who Submits the Permit? #
The permit must be applied for by the property owner or their authorized agent. We provide supporting documentation, but the application is submitted by the homeowner. We do not act as a permit agent.
