Annual Roof Inspection #
Asphalt shingles are largely maintenance-free, but benefit from an annual visual check:
- Look for cracked, curled, or missing shingles
- Check for moss or lichen growth — treat with a commercial moss treatment if needed
- Keep tree branches trimmed away from the roof surface
- Ensure any roof vents are unobstructed
After Severe Weather #
After major hail or windstorms, inspect the roof for shingle damage. If you notice widespread damage, contact us to assess whether a warranty repair or insurance claim is appropriate.
Shingle Replacement #
If individual shingles are damaged, a roofer can patch them without a full replacement. Bring your original shingle brand and colour details (we can provide these from your order) to any building supply store for a match.
