Shed Solutions provides a 10 year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for the structure we build and install.
Manufacturer Component Warranties #
- LP SmartSide Siding — Manufacturer’s limited warranty (typically 50 years prorated) when properly maintained and repainted on schedule
- Asphalt Shingles — Manufacturer warranty, typically 25-30 years depending on the product used
- Hardware — Covered under our workmanship warranty for the applicable period
What Is NOT Covered #
- Damage caused by improper site preparation by the customer
- Acts of nature — hail, wind damage, flooding, or fallen trees
- Damage resulting from customer modifications or additions not approved by Shed Solutions
- Paint fading or wear from not maintaining the repaint schedule
- Damage from neglecting routine maintenance
