Some Settling Is Normal #
Minor settling in the first year is expected, especially after a hard frost-and-thaw cycle. This can cause very slight movement in the base pads.
Signs That Need Attention #
- The shed appears noticeably tilted
- Doors are binding significantly or won’t latch
- There are visible gaps between the floor and walls
