Changes After Ordering #
Minor changes — such as colour selection or small accessory additions — may be possible depending on where your shed is in the production process. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Significant structural or size changes after production has begun may not be feasible. Change order fees may apply.
Cancellation Policy #
Deposits are generally non-refundable once production has begun. If you need to cancel before production starts, contact us immediately to discuss your options. We understand that circumstances change and will always try to work with you where possible.
Rescheduling #
If you need to reschedule your installation date, give us as much advance notice as possible. Short-notice rescheduling during peak season may result in a delay of several weeks depending on availability.
